About me
I’m a senior data journalist and science correspondent based in London. Since 2021 I’ve been working at The Economist magazine.
I crunch numbers and write data-driven stories on all manner of topics, but I’m particularly interested in science, health and the environment. My work often involves using satellite data and performing geospatial analysis. I also write about new discoveries and big themes in science and technology.
Before joining The Economist I was a research neuroscientist and completed a DPhil (PhD) in clinical neuroscience at the University of Oxford.
